PSY 371: History and Systems of Psychology: Find Books

Search Tips

If you do not know the exact subject heading describing the topic you need, try doing a keyword search using other word/s related to that topic and then click on the subject heading links found within the relevant records to find additional, useful resources.

If you need a book that is not available through the University of Maine System (URSUS) or MaineCat, you can request it via Interlibrary Loan (Illiad).

Finding Books at USM

URSUS (above) is the UMaine system catalog. Use it for locating books at USM and the other UMaine campuses.

If the book you want is located at another library, click on REQUEST to have it delivered to the Library of your choice.

If the book you want is checked out, or if the URSUS Libraries do not own it, try searching other Maine libraries through MaineCat. It's free and fast!

If the item you need is not available in the state of Maine try WorldCat for material from all over the world. Order the material using ILLiad (Interlibrary Loan).

Most WorldCat records contain a link to Interlibrary Loan and automatically fill in the form for your convenience.

Library staff will be happy to help in any way.
