The Congressional Record is a substantially verbatim account of remarks made during the proceedings of the House and Senate. It has been published by the Government Printing Office (GPO) since 1873. Before 1873, records of congressional proceedings were kept under various titles: Annals of Congress, Register of Debates and Congressional Globe. (Searchable at this site back to 1995).
National Registry of Evidence-based Programs and Practices is funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). NREPP is an evidence-based repository and review system providing reliable information on mental health and substance use interventions to the public.
