Learning Objective - Encyclopedias and More

After watching the following video by Bill Grubb, Former Head of Reference & the Information Literacy Program, continue with the videos below.

The learning objective of this unit is to explain the importance of encyclopedias, dictionaries, almanacs, and other sources, generally refered to as Reference materials. Both free sources (i.e. Wikipedia) and more traditional sources (i.e. Oxford English Dictionary) will be discussed. Print vs. online access will be addressed.
