InterLibrary Loan (ILL)

ILLiad is the company that manages our ILL program. Follow the link to sign in/create an account to submit requests. 

What do I need to create an account?

• A unique username and password

• The barcode on your USM ID (starts with 218.. or 250...)

• Basic contact information

Unfortunately, the ILL system is NOT linked to your USM single sign on. You will have to pick a separate username and password.

Once you have logged in, you will see three fields:

Electronically Received Articles

• These are documents that have arrived digitally. They will be uploaded to the server for six weeks and we always recommend that you download them to your device.

Checked Out Items

• These are hard copy items that you can pick up at the campus library you selected.

Outstanding Requests

• These are requests that we are still working on or are still in transit to us.
