Library Website Searching Overview

LibrarySearch (Almost Everything) - LibrarySearch allows you to search for a term(s) in all of our available resources and resources elsewhere. You will get lots of results showing books, articles, book reviews, newspapers, videos, Subject Guides, etc. Best for users who have some research experience.
LibrarySearch (Catalog) - Selecting LibrarySearch Catalog from the drop-down menu at the end of the search bar is the easiest way to find local books, eBooks, DVD's, streaming videos, government documents, etc.You can select "Look Beyond our Library" for more options.
Electronic Resources - Searching here will get results for E-books, journal articles, book chapters, and other electronic materials.
Course Reserves - Search here to find out if there are textbooks on Reserve for your course. eg ENG100
Databases Tab - Go here when you are searching for journal articles when you want to search many journals for articles or when you want to access our Subject Guides (LibGuides) for ideas on finding information.
